Returns Policy

Regarding PHYSICAL Products ONLY:
We have a 30-day return policy for “physical” products you have purchased and received from our website at BrazenBitch.com.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your “physical” item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at team@brazenbitch.com
Please include within your email:
- Your name
- Your delivery address
- The name of the product(s) you’re returning
Within 48 hours you will receive a response email from us – and, if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package – you’ll find our merchandise supplier’s RETURN ADDRESS located on the outside of the package delivered to you and also on the paper delivery note within the package.
Please ensure your return package is addressed to:
“Dare To Want To Be RETURNS” (followed by our merchandise supplier’s return address).
Items sent back to our merchandise supplier – without first requesting a return from us – won’t be accepted.
When returning items please don’t use staples to seal the package.
Kindly obtain an appropriate receipt of posting (certificate, recorded or registered) when returning the package as we cannot take any responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
Please note that if your country of residence isn’t the same country as the return address, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customers Residing In Brazil
Our merchandise supplier doesn’t refund orders for buyer’s remorse to those of our customers who reside in Brazil. Therefore, those who regret a purchase must contact team@brazenbitch.com, so we may put you in contact with our supplier’s Customer Service who’ll request the customer returns the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, and provide a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Customers Residing In EU
European Union 3 day cooling off period. Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE: as stipulated by our merchandise supplier:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, our merchandise supplier reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
